To list a business on our platform, you may be required to create an account or submit an application.
When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Business Listings

Submission and Approval

All business listings are subject to our review and approval process.
We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any business listing at our discretion
• Request additional information or verification before approval
• Remove or modify listings that violate our guidelines
• Require businesses to meet our verification standards

Listing Requirements

Business owners submitting listings agree that:

• They are authorized to represent the business being listed
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• The business operates legally and has all required licenses
• They will maintain accurate business information

5. Contests/Sweepstakes

Any sweepstakes, contests, games and/or promotional offers accessible on the ABQ Legends Site are governed by specific rules and/or terms and conditions. By entering a sweepstakes or contest or participating in such games or promotional offers available on this site, you will be subject to those rules and/or terms and conditions. It is critical that you read the applicable rules and/or or terms and conditions, which are linked from the particular page or activity. To the extent of any conflict between those rules and/or terms and conditions and these Terms, the rules and/or terms and conditions for the sweepstakes, game or promotional offer will govern, but only to the extent of the conflict. Any sweepstakes, contests, games and/or promotional offers made available or advertised on third party sites accessible from this site (such as those of social media partners like Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube), in addition to being subject to the specific rules and/or terms and conditions applicable to your participation in such feature(s) on this site, will also be subject to the rules and/or terms and conditions applicable to your participation in such feature(s) on those third party sites.

No Guarantee of Value

The value of the giveaway is determined at the sole discretion of the business for which the giveaway was posted. There is no guaranteed value in a claimed giveaway regardless of what is printed, posted, or written on the giveaway, the website, or in email format.

If for any reason, the business is unable or unwilling to fulfill the giveaway, the giveaway has no cash value, cannot be returned, and cannot be refunded. The giveaway has no transferable value and can be rendered null and void at any time by the local business for which the giveaway was posted.

We personally meet with each business owner for which we post a giveaway and obtain their permission and approval to post the giveaway. But we also recognize that conditions can change quickly, especially for locally owned businesses. Therefore, neither the business nor the business owners are under any obligation whatsoever to fulfill or comply with the giveaway.

Claim Frequency

No person may claim more than one giveaway every three months and no more than four giveaways within a 12-month period.

No Cash Value

Giveaways have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash at the local business.

No Resale Value

Giveaways may not be sold or resold. You may freely transfer the giveaway to someone else, but you may not sell or post for sale any giveaway.

30-Day Giveaway Expiration

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, a claimed giveaway is valid for 30 days from the date it was awarded. After 30 days, the giveaway has no value and may no longer be redeemed at the local business.

6. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
